I'm currently your weight now and was at 301 pre-surgery! I'll be in town in August would love for us to meet and hang out! Btw only my boyfriend and best friends in LA and Chicago know! No one in my family knows accept my Godmom in Tacoma! In my opinion majority black people are negative about 99.9 percent of everything they aren't educated about and even then still close minded!

My surgery date is Tuesday and authorized through my insurance today! It was looking sketchy because my clearance was not completed yet. Been had my surgery date all month even though not authorized through insurance yet. Last weekend of pre-op! This is the happiest Friday ever! Making room on the losers bench!

Does anyone have any recommendations for weight training and toning regime. I want to prevent my skin from sagging, only been doing cardio, want to start weights tomorrow so I can start building an endurance to keep up after surgery, which is in a week!!!!! Super excited

You look fantastic, what do you think you did that has made your experience get the outcome you want? How much weight have you lost so far?

Have you gained weight back? Are you eating whatever you want but smaller portions, or larger portions?

Physiatrist and Dietician
Only clearance from physician is left along with labs, which will be tomorrow.

I'm starting my pre-op Liquid Protein diet in a few days. I've seen many reviews that they are not tasty. Does anyone have any recommendations for a brand and flavor, as well as whatever add ins you might use. My surgery date is The end of February.
