Wonderful article. I am having a Garage Sale with all of the "cleaningup" I've been doing for the past month. As I downsize I am downsizing my surroundings.

I am in Arlington,was sleeved February 25,2014. so far the hardest part for me is finding good Protein sources. Fruits and Veg aren't a problem. I have a closet full of unwearable clothes and don't want to replace anything yet because I am losing inches very fast ( what a dilemma) I would like to find more sleevers in this area but would drive to meet others. I had my surgery in Dallas at UT Southwestern St Paul Hospital with Dr.Lee. Incredible Dr.and staff. So far so good.41 pounds down since Feb. Would love to hear from other Texans. Savedbygrace22 you are in my prayers today for your surgery.
