[size=4][font='comic sans ms']I am Yvette a.k.a Blaque_Butterfly03. I am a married to by best friend and biggest supporter almost at the first year mark! I am mother to three wonderful young men ages 14, 9, and 6. I am also a Registered Nurse. Currently residing in Riverdale, GA, but my heart belongs in the midwest in Indianapolis, IN where I was born and raised until May of 2013. [/font][/size]
[size=4][font='comic sans ms']I had my surgery done in Indiana at St Vincent Bariatric Center of Excellence, located in Carmel Indiana. My surgeon was the wonderful Margaret Inman. I decided to have gastric bypass because I was struggling with uncontrollable diabetes. I was tired of being tired, and I wanted to live for my sons. The process was rather easy for me insurance wise, actually it was turly a blessing. The only thing I paid out of pocket was the center's fee which was $150. Since I worked for the hospital at the time my surgery was covered 100%. I felt that alone was God's way of telling me to go for it and make my life better. [/font][/size]
[size=4][font='comic sans ms']Here I am at almost 11 months out and though I have lost 148 pounds, I still need to lose 70-80 more. My goal is to be at my personal goal weight by 12/31/2014. That gives me 10 months to drop these last pounds and I know I can do it!!![/font][/size]
