Woohoo that is awesome! Everyone is looking so good. I need to get some side by side pics done. Haven't done any since the night before my surgery. Gotta get the hubby to take some for me. This is what I have I can take on my own.

The latest things I've been drinking are New Whey Protein 42 grams comes 3.8 oz. cones in different flavors. So happy I found these ... Also, Isopure has 40 grams... It's like a nasty Powerade. Another drink protein ice 42 grams

I was also thinking it could be an acid issue. Since I started taking my Prilosec regularly my stomach has felt much better.

I am 4 weeks post op and I'm having the same problems. I will try to take smaller bites. I was thinking that maybe I was eating too fast and it could be a part of the problem. Sometimes I feel like I am so hungry, I eat, and then I'm miserable. Can't wait for this part to be overwith.

I guess I had this a little the first few weeks whenever I took too big a bite. Very very small bites will probably help. Most of the time my bites were no more than 1/4 teaspoon

I am 8 days out... Lost 15 pounds. I still have horrible gas pains and I cannot sleep. I only sleep for three hours a night. I was just told I could eat soft foods today. It's still taking me time to drink a 14oz Protein drink. Also, I was told I am in ketosis horrible breath. Today at the doctor they gave me this website to help me create meals. http://www.bariatriceating.com

I am on Day 6 post op! Feeling pretty good today.! I am still having a hard time meeting my Protein and Water goal. The water I think I was right at goal for the first time yesterday. As of protein I am supposed to drink two Premier Protein shakes a day and I got 1 and a half in. Hopefully today I can reach that goal. I still feel really full! I Am in very little pain when I move to get up or out of bed, once I am up I am fine! I hope all is healing well!
The first day after surgery u had the what the heck did I do to myself .. But as the days went on I don't regret this for a minute! Family members are already saying they see changes in my face and body which is great! I don't quite see them yet but in time I am sure I will! I chose not to weigh myself until my post op appointment on Wednesday so we shall see!
Has anyone used the PB2? I was wondering if I could use like a scoop in my shake to up my protein. I just don't know if its too soon post op to use!

I am sleeved everyone ... Most pain I feel is from gas. I get very dizzy all the time. When if decide to walk I was very sick to my stomach. So far it's been really good

Thanks I'm really nervous about this part. The headaches are not going to be fun. when I dont eat I get a headache and my hands start shaking.

Hi I am Lindsey and I am getting sleeved on the 20th and I am so scared an nervous also . I have faith in Jesus Christ an I am simply going to ask him to calm my nerves an scaredness so mabey u can do the same an it will help . Good luck to you .
