I found a group that I used called H.B.C. they id all the work for me. They worked with the ins. company they had a diet person and a mental health person. I don't think they have a website but there based in Dallas, TX and they have another office in Houston. I spoke to Andrea @ 972-487-2407 in the H.B.C. program.
