started my pre op diet today ! may the lord be with me lol i just hope i stick to it. this will probably be one of the hardest thing i have ever done as of yet

Today is the day. Getting ready to go to the hospital.

Lost my first 50 lbs!!!! wow just wow!!! I haven't been this small in years!

How many of you got to WLS support groups? I'm able to attend 3-4 a month and very rarely miss out. We cheer each other on and help the pre-op patients with support and questions. I find this extremely helpful and so do those that attend regularly.

Update: rehydrated & feeling good.

Only 5 more days until surgery...I'm starting to feel more and more excited than nervous!

Dropped under 250, nine pounds to my original goal of losing 200 pounds. May need to revise my goals. Loving my new life!!

8 Days Left! Im not feeling super awesome. Kind of concerned that if I get this cold that everyone at work is spreading that they will reschedule me. I am on top of my vitamins so lets hope this achiness and runny nose is allergies :/
