  1. I stayed in the hospital for 3 nights( horrible nausea post op), took 3 weeks off from work. Im an RN and on my feet most of the time. Felt really good after 2 weeks. Good Luck!
  2. Like you, I really really wanted soda.I was really missing it. I had a small amount about 4 months post sleeve. I had no horrible side effects after but never had it again. Guess I needed a taste to find out that I really didnt miss it at all. Good luck!
  3. I started at 349, day of surgery 4/29/14 I was 339. I am now 252. it took me a little more than a month to get out of the 300s. Best of luck on your journey!!!
  4. Hi, I'm almost 4 mos out and have never felt tired.Im a nurse who works quite a bit of OT and am working out 6 days a week. The only time I felt sick is when I ate too much too fast, it didn't last. I had zero complications other that immediate post of nausea/ vomiting, went away in 2 days. My only regret is not doing it sooner. I would probably have spent more time planning for my immediate post op diet for when I got home from the hospital. I have not tried drinking soda yet and am not sure if I will.
