I just found some good information about how many carbs you should eat to impact weight loss. The magic number is no more than 35 gms per day. This may be tough, but doable if you eat protein first. Congrats on your weight loss and good luck!

It is that muscle pain they cut through to take your stomach out. It will go away you just need to rest it off.

not sure what type of wls you had...and not sure if there really is a set in stone weight loss at 2 weeks...everyone is different...but if you are exercising I am sure you are going to lose alot faster...Congrats by the way

Yep, you probably drunk it too fast. Same thing happened to me when I took to big of a gulp. I'm not a throw up person, but mouth was watering so much and thought I was going to heave up my new stomach. Hope you are feeling better.
