      I just found some good information about how many carbs you should eat to impact weight loss. The magic number is no more than 35 gms per day. This may be tough, but doable if you eat protein first. Congrats on your weight loss and good luck!

    Hello to you vickl, im experiencing the same!!! im 5 weeks out and have only lost 15lbs!!!!! I have always felt like I would be the one that this wouldn't wrk for because I just stopped losing. anyway just wondering how are things going now please give suggestions!!!!!

      It is that muscle pain they cut through to take your stomach out. It will go away you just need to rest it off.

      not sure what type of wls you had...and not sure if there really is a set in stone weight loss at 2 weeks...everyone is different...but if you are exercising I am sure you are going to lose alot faster...Congrats by the way

      Yep, you probably drunk it too fast. Same thing happened to me when I took to big of a gulp. I'm not a throw up person, but mouth was watering so much and thought I was going to heave up my new stomach. Hope you are feeling better.

I do not have my surgery date, but im afraid that I wont be approve neither, All that I have left is one dietician appt, meet my sugeon,send for approval then get date whew!!! not a lot at all ;lol but the problem is the dietician gave me a one pound weight loss goal and I know that ive gained at least 5 lbs!!!! over the holidays im very nervous about this, just wondering is this gonna turn out bad?????
