Down 125lbs as of today. I am feeling a lot better after my appendectomy. The last part of my incision is finally closed! I donated three more pairs of dress slacks after realizing that they were 20/22 and I am now a size 16! Goodbye saggy baggies!

My BMI is now in the 30s. From a high in the 50s.

I ate my first slice of roast beef tonight since I had my WLS. Couldn't swallow it before. So far kept it down..Could things be looking up?!

Had 3 month checkup. Down 46 pounds, 10 inches off my waist and 5 off my hips! Feels great!

I know TMI but darn Aunt Flo is visiting and all I am craving is everything salt related! I broke down and had salty food last night. One happy thing is that I am back at it with logging now just to get that motivation a moving to get back into exercising!

NSV! NSV! A colleague walked past my classroom today and said she didn't see me and wondered if I had a substitute today. (I am a teacher.) Then she realized..."OMG! IT WAS YOU!" It was the best news I heard all day. Rockin' these Citizen of Humanity jeans!

Just started all the doctor visits for clearance 1 down 3 to go, feels like it will never come........

I got put on full liquids early...the cream of chicken soup brought a tear to my eye.

finally home, 3 days post-op. Shower was amazing and I am so glad to be home!
