  1. I am glad that i had it done. My surgery was July 30th. My ins. paid for mine, thank goodness. So far so good. 25lbs done. I took 2 weeks off work. The first week I was pretty sore. A lot of people go back to work within a week. I was glad i took the 2nd week off, just to give me a lil extra time to get used to it all. I know some people who have had it done and haven't lost very much, but they are NOT following the eating plan. So that is very important. Don't rush it. I can tell the biggest difference in my face right now. But in other places as well, like my shirts are not quite as tight. So keep your spirits up.
