  5. I too order whatever I want and then pack up the leftovers for another time. Nothing goes to waste in my house with my family;)
  6. Ha! This was my life for many years, I agree though, great post RJ. I am so happy I discovered this place, I am overwhelmed by the information you folks are providing and the support everyone seems to give.
  7. I'm starting this planking challange with my girl friends from work. I tried one a few months back and ended up giving up less than half way through the month. My goal is to not give up, even if its less time than the challange calls for I don't want to give up.
  8. Oh, I have used Bosley. Matter of fact, I am still using Bosley’s products. Right now, I am 3 months in with their “Professional Strength for Women” found here: http://www.bosley.com/store/bosley_complex_for_women.php . My hair dresser actually recommended it, she has another client battling the same thing I am, thinning hair. Now, don’t get me wrong, the process isn’t an overnight success, there are multiple steps, but I am definitely seeing results. My better half, knowing my plight, has even commented on my hair. He has been extremely supportive and helped me do a ton of research before hand, he isn’t going to just tell me it is working for the sake of working as he too is monetarily invested in this as well. I am also taking some vitamins: A, C & E, as well as BIOTIN(fancy name for Vitamin H). I am going to give it another month or so and will share some before and after shots.

  11. My resolution? Cut out cereal, completely. Going to try to go ONE FULL YEAR without cereal. Might be the hardest thing I have ever done.
  12. I am interested in Butterbean's info, but how does one find another members signature line?

  17. My boy friend swears by MFP, he's lost 40+ pounds using it. Good luck
  18. Love to hear this type of stuff. Keep it up!
  19. This looks handy. My only question is what is the proper way to measure waist? Some have said at the belly button, others below the belly button. Where do you measure from?

  24. Ummmm you mean like when you get a four slice toaster and an ice cream maker for Christmas? Re-gift time! This post made me LOL though, sometimes I wonder if they put any thought into these things.
  25. I have been lurking for quite some time and decided to come out of the bushes to say congrats. It's posts like this that give me inspiration. Keep it up!
