I've tried chobanni plain Greek yogurt it has 6 grams of sugar and it has 18 gram of Protein ... It's kinda of tart ... So I add I Splenda and sprinkle some cinnamon and it's delicious to me ...❤️

I'm guessing that you are using your pain medications ? If so that sometimes causes Constipation . Maybe stop using it ? I didn't use any medication . I'm 4 days post op and don't have any problems . Good luck
