TNE/EDG- stomach polyps found- now what?

I've gotten thru almost all my hurdles so far, then I got my TNE today (never again, for the record) my surgeon found polyps in my stomach. SO I go for full endoscopy (& biopsy) next week. Has anyone had this experience before?? now what?? -

Not a sleever, well, pre-op, but looking into bypass. Anyone had their procedure done at Griffin??? And out of curiosity, why did you choose sleeve or bypass? -
Anyone been told don't loose and if possibly gain 2-3 lbs prior to surgeon visit?

I was told to try and lose weight during my "waiting period" as some insurance companies want to see if you can stick to the bariatric food guide lines. If that helps!
