Good luck with everything!! Do you have a surgery date!! I was 454 before surgery surgery weight 439 which was on dec 10 I am currently 339 in 5 months!! I would do this again 100 times over!! Thanks sofie honestly I eat anything just not a lot!!! I eat a lot of turkey I eat few carbs!! I can't be on a diet my whole life and it still works for me! Yes I listen to my new stomach and stop eating once I'm full
