73 lbs for me and sometimes I feel like I look like my old self. The mind can be a powerful thing. Especially when it's telling you you're still fat and ugly. But my heart knows better!!!

WOW Congrats!!! almost 100lbs down??? thats awsome!!! I was sleeved in Dec & im almost 70lbs down.. I totally feel the difference, but i still have body image issues... im just not there mentally... but its only been 4 months...
