Good luck with everything!! Do you have a surgery date!! I was 454 before surgery surgery weight 439 which was on dec 10 I am currently 339 in 5 months!! I would do this again 100 times over!! You WILL enjoy food! I am almost 10 months out and I enjoy most foods except bread, rice or pasta(surgeon has us wait 1 year) I just eat smaller portions. I do use a veggie spiralizer, mines a countertop crank one(kinda like an apple peeler corer! We absolutely LOVE it! We have successfully subbed cauliflower rice for regular rice and the kids don't even notice sure I've had a cup cake or gone for ice cream, it's a lifestyle change! I run a lot now and feel like I deserve a treat now and then, I'd cheat with bread rice or Pasta but I know once I start I won't be able to stop and I'm not done losing yet! Hang in there folks you WILL feel normal again! I feel exactly as I did preop just can't eat but half what I used to! <3 my sleeve!

had my first post-op visit. And as of today I have lost 93 pounds. its so crazy to me that in less than 3 months i have lost this much already. and its not only the numbers on the scale. today i got my seat belt on without an extender. I just find there are so many small things that i can do now that people usually take for granted.

I started 454 down 148 pounds in 7
Months and still losing lost 61 percent of my access weight!!! It's all about whst you put in weight loss slowed n I can eat more but I'm still restricted n working at it! My doctor NEVER suggested the bypass at all

So happy I'm a different person and I love it

I agree what you put in you get out!! I'm down 147 pounds in 7 months!! I work out sometimes I eat things I shouldn't but I move forward never best myself up!! This isn't a diet it's a lifestyle!! Just stay focused n know you get what you put in!!

Down 142 pounds since surgery!!!
Was at a stall for a few dropped 12 pounds last week thanks to a bootcamp I signed up for!! So excited!!! 62 pounds from my personal goal weight!!! 97 pounds from doctors goal weight!!! Hopefully I can do this in 6 more months
