  2. Lol I got ahold of one with a bad peanut in it, that did it for me!
  3. Sorry I'm really no help lol but I'll tell you my favorite things about these forums, recipe sharing, protein ideas, new food finds, exercise, and before and after photos.
  4. I am always on the app! I think everything about it is great, I honesty don't know that I'd leave this support group
  5. Wish I would have seen this before! I made deviled eggs this last weekend. I always have hummus on hand. Maybe I'll make these for the game this weekend
  6. I am due to have RnY in march and I am now very discouraged and terrified after reading this forum.

  8. Very well put. I guess in short my thought process on this particular subject has been, my body isn't on a set schedule so why should my resolutions be? :-P
  9. I like to breakdown my large goals into small achievable goals... I don't get the feeling of failure because I didn't lose 100lbs over night... But got a feeling of accomplishment because I lost 5% of my excess weight and then 10 % lowering my risk of heart disease and other complications and I'm getting closer to my overall goal of being healthy. I didn't make any resolutions this year. To me New Years resolution is a negative term. not because I've failed so many of them but because I'm constantly setting small achievable goals for myself and I don't need a specific date to reevaluate and set them. I take every day one day at a time and adjust as I go.
