  1. I am with you, my dr very little amounts with the adjustments, so I am also a very slow looser.
  2. I have a14 band also, don't get discouraged it took me a long time to really feel it. Just remember everyone is different. When my dr did my fills he never put large amounts in they were very small. 4 years later I still am getting fills still loosing slowly, but hey I will take that.
  3. Omg I hear you on that, sooooo close but just can't get there, I'm floating at the 205 also. It's driving me crazy.
  4. I would give my dr a call. I had my surgery 41/2 years ago and just started with acid and nite cough went back to the dr . He gave me a couple options one was take some out ( fill). Be very careful take acid meds and no eating or drinking after a certain time at night , that I had to play with for awhile. But I am happy to say I didn't get the un fill and I haven't had a problem in over a week now. I went back on liquid for a few days then mushies and now eating normal again. Minus eating after 6 and drinking after 7. Good luck I hope this helps.
  5. Its not the easy way out, its a tool we still have to work hard to drop weight. We still diet and still excercise, and still struggle.
  6. I have to say, I am a slow looser very slow.I did not thought i was gonna stop loosing myself..Well its been 2 1/2 years and I am still loosing slow sometimes I dont have a loss. Just stick with it, dont give up and dont worry what other people think. remember you did this for yourself.Good luck on your journey.
  7. That is why i decided NOT to tell anyone, only my husband knew. It was my decision, I did not need anyones negativity to try to change my mind. I may not of lost alot like some banders (I am a slow looser)But what I have lost Has not came back on and for that I am very happy for my choice. and I still don't tell or explain to anyone only a few people know and thats how i like it. Good Luck and dont let anyone discourage you.
  8. I get WHEY in wal-mart. It is powder,I like that one the best. I add bananas, raspberry, strawberrys, blueberry.whatever i feel like but plain is just fine.
