Hi There !
Im a 42 married mother of 2. Daughter is 21 and son is 13. I have been fighting with my weight for years . On Nov 4,2013 went to a seminar with a bariatric surgeon that my primary recommended me to. Got to speak to her one on one . She was easy to speak with. On Nov 12,2013 recieved a call to go speak with the bariatric coordinator. to go over the insurance info and requirements. Went yesterday Nov 20, 2013 and meet with her. My insurance coverage is great ! Thank God! But very strict!!. I have 6 months of dr follow up, nutrition classes, sleep study, phychiatrist visits etc. So I spoke to my family and they are very supportive. I have reached out to 2 people that I know have had surgery. Im trying toget all my ducks in a row. Its very scary but exciting. I cant wait to be able to tie my shoes without loosing my breath ! My fisrt officall Dr's appointment is Dec 3, 2013 . I will keep you posted on my new journey
