Four months out tmw and as always I'm on my phone so this is my only pre full body shot. I was so excited to grab a 16 to try on then find it was too big, then try the 14 and realize I could probably get dressed and go grab the 12, but that's a sizing fluke! But I was soooo ecstatic in that Target dressing room! Last week I hit my first BIG Milestone 50lbs LOST!!!!!

Ps yes that's a piece of my hair on the scale!! It's definitely everywhere in this house! I am getting a bit nervous of how thin it is but I knew to expect it, but ouch it's shocking!

Totally normal. Relax, stick to plan and keep up the great work. It could be Water, hormones, stress, poop....

I had zero weight gain in about 9 months. Then i gained like 10lbs but was still eating correctly and working out like crazy. It was my body adjusting.. Ive sinced taken that 10lbs off plus another 6lbs and reached goal weight.. SO IT IS NORMAL!!! Keep going.

sooooooo slightly bragging post went to the docs to day got weighed guess whos lost 11lbs since jan and for the first tiem since i was 10 years old is under 200lbs!

I don't have a full body comparison on my phone but this was my aha moment last week when I finally thought I looked different...I'm sure some already saw my post but I'm struggling bc my stomach will not shrink so while my pants are huge I can't go down a size yet blah, but whatevs it will catch up, right!? Surgery was Nov 20th 2013, Preop diet weight 211, Surg Weight 202.5 Current is 165.5.

I had my surgery on June 21 2013 I'm down 80 lbs about 40 lbs from my goal the stalls happen its weird I don't lose for what seems could be like 2 weeks then I get on the scale and I'm pleasantly surprised with the weight loss it's coming off slow but I've been averaging about 10 lbs a month so keep your chin up it will come off don't worry just keep doing the right thing with eating ,drinking Water and exercise and you can't fail good luck!

I'm 10 months post op and feeling fit and fabulous. Only 10 pounds to goal!! I feel amazing don't look half bad!

Wow , you look so beautiful. I'm with you about doing this a long time ago. I wimped out two years ago because a friend had a terrible outcome. She was just wimpy and all drama. I can just kick myself for listening to her.

Sleeved October 7, 2013, four months post op. As of today I am 147, over 100 pounds gone since day of surgery! So excited!!!

Congrats! Your weight loss is awesome! But it's so strange to me how one person can lose 80 lbs in 3/4 months and another only loses 40 or so. The body is a wonderfully complicated organism!

I can't believe it, I am down 100 pounds since mid-September when I started my pre-op liquid diet! I saw the doctor this morning and everything is going well, I had blood work recently and my levels are good, my A1C has continued to go down so I am staying off the metformin. I just cleaned out my closet of stuff that was to big again, and I feel amazing. So happy I did this. I am adjusting to eating and life in general after the sleeve well and I am just happy! About half way to my goal weight but I can't believe the difference in just the little everyday life things like being able to comfortable sit in a booth at a restaurant and have space or a seat at the movies. Just wanted to share this somewhere, thanks for reading this
