The full/bloated feeling for me starts after just a few bites. I too wonder if meals will ever not cause anxiety. Some days I simply do not want to eat because very little us eaten without some "icky" gut feeling.

My first stall broke today. 17 days not 1 oz difference. Today down 2#. So hard but I know my Water intake is not good.

After 17 days the scale finally moved. My patience were being challenged

You decision to have surgery was for you, not to fix him. We all make the hard decision when our time is right. Focus on your own health, he is a grown man and responsible for his. Be supportive of good decision but face it, having surgery yourself is enough to keep you focused.

I told very few people of my surgery oct 30. Did not want all the "eyes". I only told people who would be supportive. This is a good site. You will not feel alone

Head hunger really makes sense to me. I am 2 weeks post op-sleeve. My stomach is not gingery but my mind is. I too realize how much food I was eating before. This is really going to be a challenge but the weight is coming off.
