  2. I agree, I used a straw early on because I could control the amount. Hang in there, I was really frustrated until about week 8, it's been better since.

  4. Don't rush the food! I'm 6 weeks out and struggling. It's portion control. It was easier when I was on liquids only
  5. Fabulous! Keep up the good work
  6. I'm 6 weeks post sleeve. Really struggling with portions. I eat eat just about everything now but more than about 1/3 c comes back up. My brain says it tastes good but its tough to stop at such a small portion when 6 weeks ago I had big appetite.

  8. Open Prilosec capsule and dump granules into small taste of apple sauce. I tear all my pills that way. Also the feeling you are having is likely esophageal spasms. Prilosec may help but also levsin. Good luck. Take it from me, do not rush the food issue. Full liquids was easier than soft.
  9. It's okay to have expectations but try not to compare your progress to others. Work your program and trust

  12. My first stall broke today. 17 days not 1 oz difference. Today down 2#. So hard but I know my water intake is not good.
  13. That is terrific! Keep up the good work. I cannot imagine being that far down when you are only 4 weeks ahead of me.
  14. After 17 days the scale finally moved. My patience were being challenged
  15. I was super anxious about the day but I really took care of myself. Did not eat too much but practiced with a couple new foods and it went ok. Only regret, did not get my walk in, was in the kitchen all day.
  16. I need to heed my own advice and get off the scale. I know I'm eating less and getting more exercise. Have to trust the process.
  17. I have had a terrible pain in the left side of my abdomen. Was told they suture in muscle. Somedays are terrible. Sounds like most others gave not had it

  22. I stall at week 2 and not 1 oz lost since then. Trying to keep my chin up but enough is enough.
  23. Hot tea health end me too. Small sips of protein. You are doing better with liquids than I did. At 2 weeks I was only doing 8-12oz a day.
