If you never take risks you don't really get a chance to live. When I am overweight I am not living I am just getting through the day - surviving. I have lost and gained weight all my life. Easy to lose and even easier to gain back. Vicious cycle. My goal is to use this as a tool to finally keep it off. This will be a journey and it won't be easy but it will be an adventure. I will feel empowered. My confidence and self esteem will go up. I will be my authentic self. It is a tool and I will use it. I will hold on with both hands. It will be my Christmas gift. To me from me. It is my time.
