Tomorrow Post Op day7..going back to work for1/2 days. Did well today, got out and did some errands. Walked the store...didn't make it to Lowe's for grad present. But overall felt like I have the stamina. Wishing the rest of you May's continued good luck!

Well haven't competed for over a year, plantar faciaitis (sp?) finally letting up. So I will be walking in the Turkey Run/Walk 5K Thanksgiving morning! Excited to get back out there.

Well I just realized that I am crossing my legs again!! I was sitting in church and looked down, and was like "wow" I don't remember how long it has been. I wondered how come it seemed so hard to do before and it was my weight! What a blessing this wls has been.

Well it is nearly 2015. I have to say, I am glad to see how much more I can do this coming year! We leave for the KLOVE Cruise in January, and we are going to go snorkeling, hiking, etc. I can't wait. I am down 98lbs. What a wonderful decision to have bypass. Wow..just 6 pounds from onderland! And I just bought a pair of size 18 jeans ... it has been soooo long! Thank you God for helping me make the decision for wls.
