  1. Great Idea. The walking does seem to work. I've noticed that each day it feels better.
  2. Oh thank you both for getting back with me. I am new at this and still trying to figure it out. I am so inpressed. 92 pounds!!!! I am so excited. I start my 3rd week andI can eat a tad more and so excited. One can of Soup a day isn't much but you would have thought I was eating steak and baked potato!
  3. I had my surgery on July 20th and I can feel some soreness around the plug area. Especially after sitting all day at work. Is this normal?
