I'm bringing the following in addition to some on the list: Ponytail holder, headband, 64 ounce water bottle to
monitor my Fluid intake, a large pillow to put between me and my seatbelt on the 2 hour ride home and my compression stockings. We plan on stopping about mid-way for me to walk a little.

I hope your insurance issues are cleared up quickly! I'm located near Harrisburg, Pa and that is where I'm getting surgery. I'm so excited for all of us, can't wait to start living again

I'm scheduled for 07/24 but the insurance has requested more info from my doctor....hopefully all goes well....I'm keeping my fingers, toes and legs crossed!! Where are u located? I'm in NYC and I'm getting sleeved at NYU.

Obamacare has not been so good to me but if it's working for you, more power to you. Congratulations on your date. You are going to love this. i waited 10 years to have surgery but I'm sort of glad I did because the sleeve wasn't available when I first started looking at this, I love my sleeve and my new life style. I have been fighting insurance for ten years and since obama care I actually got to switch insurance and now have coverage.

Hi all so excited. I will be sleeved on july 22. This has been about ten years coming so I am so ready. I have to start drinking three shakes a day instead of the two and a meal because my liver has not shrunk enough. I have lost forty pounds in under a month on the diet. Thanks to all of you on here, you keep me inspired.

July 8th for me. I don't have to do any diet before, just eat a light meal the night before. I am having a colonoscopy the end of June and I have to be on liquids for the day before that, so I think I will just stick with liquids until the day of surgery. I have already given up carbonated drinks. Now I need to practice not drinking Water 30 mins before and after eating. Good luck to everyone. I am so excited I could bust.
