Have you thought about ordering some Premier Protein and having it shipped to your hotel? I'm not sure where you're staying. I know on the Disney property there is a grocery delivery service we've ordered from in the past (gardengrocer dot com). You can order a variety of foods. We've ordered healthy Snacks and even cases of bottles Water to take into the parks. Much cheaper and easier to control your snacks.

I remember those days, but it WILL GET BETTER! I hated to even take a drink because even the tiniest sip would hurt. My dr said to think of it like my stomach was the size of a straw and I was trying to force liquid down it.

They put one on me after surgery and I woke up in recovery with it! It was amazing. I would definitely recommend one.

I have had several surgeries and for some reason anesthesia increases my blood pressure. I always make sure to tell my Dr and the anesthesiologist about it before surgery so they are ready. They always have to give me IV meds to bring my BP down, but as long as they know about it in advance and are ready for it, it is no big deal.

I cannot WAIT for this NSV. I am flying April 10th for the first time since my Jan 21 surgery. We shall see!!

I had one done during surgery and one at 5pm that evening. I had to eat blue dyed ice chips 30cc at 30 minute intervals. It was no big deal.

My burping and preburp pain was horrible a first. I dreaded taking a drink and had to force myself to do it. It will get better. I think mine was better after a few days, but I don't remember it was like I just noticed one day I wasn't burping or hurting anymore. I was full prepared for the gas and pain in my chest cavity, but I was not prepared for how much had would actually be in my stomach.

Hi Everyone! I've been creeping on here for a while, and thought I'd finally make an appearance. My surgery is tomorrow morning (Jan 21) so I'm on liquids now. Hasn't been too bad so far, I'm not hungry at all.
I haven't told anyone I'm having surgery except for my husband, boss, and a couple of very close friends.
I really am not very nervous about tomorrow just ready to get it done.
You have all been a huge help getting ready for surgery and through out the process. Thanks so much!

I am a very private person and my medical information is not public domain.
When people ask me how much weight I have lost I say "a bunch." When they ask me what I am doing I say "I'm working really hard." Both are absolute truth. It allows me a polite reply and also a message that this is not something up for discussion.
I was a yoyo Dieter for years so I have been doing this every year when I lost 30 pounds starting every January and gained 25-35 by each December.
Good luck to you, life post sleeve is amazing!
