I too haven't been able to sleep! I blamed it on my weekly B12 nasal spray? I see my dr this Friday and will address this concern ! Cuz I'm not liking this one bit! Smh

I tried zzquil and OMG I felt this warm coating my sleeve sensation! And got scared ! lol did this happen to you too?

I agree I am sooo tired of all the sugar free junk! It tastes soo nasty to me! It actually gives me this numb sensations on my fingertips! As soon as I get to eat real food I'm not having another sugar free product.

Hernia is what I told all and I'm sticking with it. And after doing research , the hernia repair (upper GI) its the same post of diet as VSG. Go figure!?

I can relate! I had a melt down myself. I love food and love to cook and entertain the family with new recipes. And the thought of not eating as much freaked me out. But I had to think . My addiction to food got me this way and it was not going to over power me. I have a friend that is 2 years post op and eats a lot more than I do. My goal is to lose as much my first year, cuz after that my pouch can stretch a little. Hope you're feeling better! Hang in there!

And this is why I'm not telling family . I have ignorant cousins too that are health freaks and will absolutely judge me for Wls. ???? They don't know the struggle of having 100 plus extra pounds on them. Well wishes to you as well, and keep us posted!! ????

I agree about being gone from work soo long may have ppl question. But I actually told a little white lie. I'm also having a major hernia repair. So that's exactly what I told my job I'm having done. They don't need any further info. lol
