Dose anyone feel like the big hep on how fast this weight should fall off, it dosn't drop like they say it dose, not going threw clothes yet, nov 19 down 32 ,

I am doing great no problems at all , 8 weeks also down 40 as started weight 250 when I get to 200 then I know am on my way , am doing aqua fit , and wii , and walking machine , I go march for my 3 months! We will see '

I try 4 oz roast in crock pot , pretty much everything Protein , then I try finish that , found a new Protein Bar call Detour which is low in sugar 3 grams and really good , eggs hard-boil tuna , cream of wheat for Breakfast , you just have to have and try stuff ass you go

As I read these story , the abuse everyone been threw, you all need to put your self first. This is your life , if no one supports you and is negative. They need to go , no friend or family member to you, it took a long to to get your mine and soul where it is now, take care of yourself , in with new , out with the old, I wish all well keep up good work!

8 weeks today feeling great ! 40 down

M 6 weeks decided to try aqua fit, it was good , but only problem I had was my boob fell out, so I need a new bathing suit, so they are shrinking !lol

Thanks you read some of these threads, you ate like wow that much in short time, I've sticking like glue, I am going to start aqua class tomorrow morning! To add something instead of just walking in tread mill, next week it will be 8 weeks ! How time flys! Thanks for all your opinion

I think to myself , wow you still have a lot of weight to lose, I just can't picture myself in months where this all comes together started 250 now 228 never can get pass the 200 , just staying focus , getting all Protein , Water, walking, it's a little scary , in back of your mine , hope this all works , good luck 2014

Good luck ! Congrats as I woke up in June and said am going to this for me! All by myself , nov 19 sleeve , and there are haters , I was 250 down 229 people already can't except it , when I get to 130 what are they going to do next!

I was sleeve nov19th so far no problems going on stage 3 down 23lbs it's only been 3 weeks seems longer then that, had tuna today not bad trying to work up 1/2 cup . I wish everyone good luck

I had Docter Goldstein also nov 19th he is wonderful. He did my sleeve. I started in June had all my insurance stuff done by aug approve and now am done. It will be 3 weeks Tuesday I am feeling great !

I know how you feel I gain so much weight with kids , and I try every diet there is I lose then I never get pass the mark, am 55 now and ready to do this, 5 years ago no I was scare ? Now I can't wait, it will be the best thing for me , am 5:2 and 250 down. 244 doing pre op nov 19 is my day ! Good luck !
