Tomorrow afternoon is the day with the surgeon. Excited with anticipation!

Prep mode is exhausting. Just ready to have my surgery already!

I have 60 pounds left to my goal! 90 down-60 to go!

im feeling like im going to break down any momemt grrrrrrr!!!! i haaaaaaaate how i look,feel live and just communicate with people.

Before my surgery, I was a water drinker, I had no problem drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day. Now that I've had my gastric sleeve surgery, I can't seem to tolerate water. I get this nasty taste and sometime nauseated. Any suggestions.

I went to my pre op doctor's appoinment yesterday. Everything is a go and I happy. I later got the call from the hospital and I have to be there at 6am. Hope I am the first one up.I am getting the anointing of the sick tomorrow at church. Please keep me and the others up for this week in your prayers.

100 lbs down today.

Surgery was canceled until tomorrow. I'm very upset about this.

Missed my nutritionist visit because of my work week. I called in to let them know ahead of time and left a message but didn't hear back. Hope this miss doesn't cause a delay in the surgery...

It is so hard to maintain my plan with this sub zero weather. I crave hearty meals!

Why do I sabotage myself. I celebrate when I lose weight with food. That's crazy isn't it!?

I was taking my son to school this morning and we we're talking , something came up and he said let e make some flubber buber jokes before you become real skinny I just laughed and thought to myself I must be losing , if he made a stament like that as you see I took it as a positive thing., then I told him to be quiet or I would smack him with my wings lol .

So, my dr's office didn't submit one requirement to insurance which will delay my surgery by 10 weeks. I was given the pre-op diet to lose 5 lbs. Would you stay on the pre-op or wait 5 weeks to start it?

Still somewhat frustrated~

Today I visited with my nutritionist and shared with her my frustration in not having a clear process to date. My insurance only required 3 visits with the nutritionist but here I was at the 4th and according to their records, one of the nutritionist had me down for two more which would have been 6 total!!! I asked why so many times and they didn't have a clear answer except, committment to the process... What!?! What's not to commit to, I have done everything that...
