I really am sucking at getting my Protein and liquid in. I got myself a kidney infection! Not fun! Last thing anyone needs post op! Let this be a lesson to us all to drink tons of water!

I honestly have been incredibly faithful with my diet and Water and Protein. I also walk 2-3 miles a day. I don't feel cheated or deprived just happy! -
