Have you tried to go to the Aetna website and look there? Another suggestion is to call back several times during the day and evening. You should get a different person each time and maybe get someone to give you a name. I just talked to the Doctor that I went to for my Lapband and was told that they take Aetna. They did say to read your policy very carefully to understand what exclusions are in it. I used Dr Leggett for my lap band. He is in Houston off of I-45 and 1960. The nice thing about him is there is not any pre surgery diet. My experience with him was good. He always saw me within a few minutes of my appointment time. I have good insurance so I don't know what his prices are. Here is his website. Philip L.
