    Post-Op January 2014 Losers Club!

Hi all! Surgery date was Jan 23 just had dr visit. I'm down 66 pounds since surgery! I feel ok but 3 weeks ago I had emergency surgery to remove my Appendix. Now I'm dealing with infection from that and pain! Can't wait to be pain free! I'm happy about weight just want to be able to be more active! Congrats to all on here! It's a great journey we have all started! 10 days till I can start trying solid food! I am excited. I have had no problems eating or drinking other than not feeling like eating when I had appendix removed. Have a great weekend! JP

Good luck with finding what works for you all!!!!
  4. I started at 450.3 just had surgery 1/23/14. I might be a male but had all the same feelings of where am I going to sit, can I hold it till I get home! I'm excited for this new life style! I'm encouraged to see such a high weight and see the pounds come off. More excited it was in a women as men seem to lose it a little faster so I am encouraged. Thanks for sharing and good luck on the rest of your journey. I will weigh myself for the first time since surgery tomorrow!!!!
  5. I use unjury Whey Protein. There is really no smell at all that I can tell. The taste of this product is great. You might have to change what you drink at work if it has that much of a smell or try the premixed bottles but you are right not cost effective. With chocolate Unjury Mix 21g One cup milk 6g PB2 2.5g And a banana It tastes amazing. JP
  6. Hello I am post op 4 days. I am home and doing well. I'm able to drink water/crystal light no problem but find Protein shakes harder due to consistency and they get warm. I am suppose to consume 116g of Protein a day. That's like 5-6 shakes depending on amount of protein in shake. Anyone have to consume that much protein and if yes how did you get it all in! Hope everyone is doing well with their goals and post op routines. JP Starting Weight 471 Weight day of surgery 449 I'll weight myself on Thursday for first weight after surgery.
  7. Urgently date Jan 23, 2014 Anyone else around that time? Follow my Instagram account JPsTrsnsforms and my Twitter JPsTransforms Looking to bounce things off people see what works what doesn't. Good luck to all that have had surgery and that are getting it soon. JP
  8. Hello to all! 4 years ago I had lap band. In the first 13 months I lost 125 pounds then it slipped! Doctor replaced it then it slipped again, got it replaced again!!! Then infection accrued around port so he went in cleaned infection out and was going to replace my band! He slipped and punctured stomach and I was in hospital for 9 days. My next option was bypass but my insurance rejected They stated "only one weight loss surgery in a life time". Well then I lost my job and health care. I finally got health care and started all over again. I'm scheduled for Jan 23, 2014 and so excited. I can not wait! Follow me on Instagram at JPsTransformation. CW 450.6
