went to the weightloss clinic 2day for a weigh in and I was asked if I would like to be on the Wall Of Fame when I hit my 1yr anniversary in june this is awesome!!

My surgery is tomorrow. Excited! Can't sleep

It is weird I actually feel hungry tonight. Not I want to eat something hungry but tummy growling like mad, feels empty hungry. I thought I was not supposed to get that way. I am not sure if I should have something or not. I have had 90 grams of protein today. All my required water plus some. It equaled out to 672 calories. Which is pretty good. I just had all my night time stuff. A crushed tramadol in a spoon of water, a omeprazole capsule with the capsule removed, an iron chewable and 3 big sips of prune juice. My little egg sized tummy should be full. But it is growling and cramping like it is hungry. Maybe it is something else. I am going to ignore it and go to bed.

1.2 lbs from being the smallest I've ever been in all of my adolescent and adult life!!!

Gas pain sux!

Today marks 1 week post op and I have lost 20 pounds! It seem so surreal! From March 8, 2014 where I was my absolute heaviest, to the 1200 calorie diet and then the liquid diet, surgery and post op, total weight loss is 35 pounds! AMAZING!!!!

So excited! I reached my first goal this weekend! I am down 100 pounds!! WOOHOO!!

I am having a hard time with my sweet craving, I am havering surgery on May 29 a

5th day on my liquid diet and I messed up and had mash potatoes .... should I cancel my surgery?? and rescedual?

size 12 now was a 26 so proud of myself!

Surgery tomorrow! You wait years for something to happen and when it finally does, it feels surreal. I'm a bit anxious, but also excited and optimistic. Can't wait!

My BMI is under 40! I'm crying right now!

My unflavored protein powder tastes like chicken broth and chalk. Mixing with Crystal Light was a bad idea.

How many of you got to WLS support groups? I'm able to attend 3-4 a month and very rarely miss out. We cheer each other on and help the pre-op patients with support and questions. I find this extremely helpful and so do those that attend regularly.

I am new to the sleeve world i am just getting started on my journey, i went to my pcp and she wrote the refferal to the surgeon, but her nurses havent sent in my paperwork to the the surgeons office yet . i know that i am being inpatient, but i just want to get the ball rolling. i would love to have my sugery by the end of sept. of this year

ok so im planning out what to buyto statrt pre op liquid diet.. any suggestions or ideas? this seems so hard....talking with my hubby makes them ssem so possible..im so thankful for my support system. he says he is going to do the liquid protien diet with me

I've lost 110 pounds in 7 months. Last night, my husband told me I'm kinda getting cute again. This is a backhanded compliment, at best. I'm offended.
