I ate a miniature bagel. My first time eating it and it's killing me. I'm so uncomfortable. I guess that is the first and last time I eat those.

you're lucky it was a tiny tiny tiny one.....I made the same mistake on what was once one of my main bread sources.....
In any case, I never eat them now because of that very thing.
English muffins, even when toasted, clog my Band up too.
As does wonderfully fresh French/Italian bread.
Thankfully, or I'd be eating lots of it in spite of knowing better.
No bagels with that, please....*kaff*kaff*.....
