  1. I can only eat small amounts now so i work had to keep it healthy. I want to make sure i get my protien and veggies. I try to stay away from the junk food , though it is hard at the holidays. I must be doing ok though because i am still losing. Steer clear of junk and high calorie foods and you should be ok. I write down everything i eat. It helps me keep track and not overdo. Donna
  2. I went to a xmas party last night and it was one of those times when my band would not let me eat much of anything. It does that sometimes. I was kinda pissed because there was so much good food there. But...... I got up this morning and weighed ........187. OMG. YEA!!WOOHOO!!! MERRY XMAS TO ME!! Do I seem a little excited??? I am just happy. I was really afraid when i spent so much money on this band ,( self pay) that it would not work. But it really does work great if i do my part. I just feel great and want to share the happy feeling,:clap2: and the info that it does work. Five months- 50 pounds. Donna :clap2: Merry Xmas everyone:D:clap2:
  3. If it does not hurt you are ok. As long as your doctor has moved you to solids it is fine. Remember you do not have a fill yet. It will just go through. It is easy to overeat before you get your fills so be careful of that. Merry Xmas Donna
