  18. Any August buddies that had surgery already lost any weight? How much? I know I should compare myself. I just want to know if I am on track. My surgery was the 6th and I lost 8.
  19. Can you email it to me as well? Cgiampa3@verizon.net
  20. I had the worst time too. I was on the same diet. I am on post op clear liquid and I don't even want to look or smell broth anymore. I found after day three is was better so maybe tomorrow will be the day you feel better. Those sugarfree gums trident dessert were very helpful for me.
  21. Before surgery I would feel sick thinking about pureed stuff. But if I was at that stage, I would have pureed that chicken parm in a minute!!! LOL
  22. Ok, you guys will think I am so crazy. All my life of dieting (same as everyone else), I would start out with a particular calorie count when I would stop losing, lower the calories. Any way...on the liquid diet I averaged 800 calories. This last week on clear liquid I think it's like 200 if that. When we start eating more calories I am worried my body will be use to these crazy low amounts. Does that even make sense to anyone? You can tell me I am crazy!!
