  1. I would look at the nutritional info..carbs, sodium, etc, and make a decision based on that. Processed foods are often high in fat, sodium, carbs, etc, maybe contact your nut.
  2. Feeling good...except for falling off the wagon...gonna ask for wellbutrin, too....keep trying, we can do this!

  4. I was large, but didn't gain a lot of weight. Just breathe and enjoy this journey...

  6. If I ate when I was hungry, I'd never eat! I am also supposed to get in 80 g protein daily....never make it without shakes. Sounds goofy to me...really goofy.
  7. Nausea and not wanting to eat were symptoms if my ulcer..just didn't know it. Call your doc.

  10. Just had my check up...a month early...down 97 lbs...no longer classified as obese...from a bmi of 43 to 28!

  13. I had my labs today...only 4....I'm going to grill my doc about which tests he ordered...I just had a massively bleeding ulcer and they didn't check my iron...I asked!
