I am SO sorry for saying exactly what you don't want to hear, but I will give a reason with it. Lol
You DID just have two major surgeries in a row. The same thing happened to me within a month (lap band removal then GBP as a desperate surgery). I had the same complaint weeks post op. I felt terrible. No energy and I felt like life would never resume normally for me. I went to my surgeon and she explained it to me like this.... Your body isn't used to getting as "beat up" as it just did. When you think about it, not only were you just STABBED multiple times, but you literally had your insides that have been the same your WHOLE life suddenly changed dramatically. Your body is physically trying to cope with the change and heal it. A lot of your energy is going to healing up your organs. You're also going to be forced to lay around by your body so you don't "hurt" it anymore while its still trying to heal up the previous wounds. Hope that was a more detailed reason for why you're so tired. I would still contact your MD though to rule out anything else. feel better!

2 Tbspn of chicken broth (powder)
    1/4 cup of Egg Substitute
    Tofu
Make you chicken broth and when the broth comes to a boil add your egg substitute and then your tofu. Cut the tofu into cubes (I prefer mines in small cubes. Let the Soup continue to boil for about 2 mins and then serve. Takes less than 10 minutes to get a good meal with some Protein and liquids into the body.

My Dr and nut said the same thing no raw vegetables for 6 months, and no white carbs. Maybe it is a healing issue I will ask at my apt.

Hi Lisa........... Right after my surgery everything tasted so super sweet. It will be 3 weeks for me and sugar free is not as sweet today. Now at least the Jello and sugar free popsicles taste good. Try some broth or some peppermint herbal tea, that may help. Hope you feel better.

Hi Everyone!! I had my RNY on the 23rd revised from the lap band. The surgery took a little longer because of the scar tissue around the band. I feel pretty good and trying to get the walking in and the pain seems less with the walking. I have not had anything but Clear Liquids and looking forward to having the pureed foods. I made chicken today and pureed them and froze them in ice cube trays. I am making the veggies tomorrow so I have everything ready for the next step. I cant wait to have something red, that must sound weird but it seems that red is in a lot of drink mixes. I got home Friday afternoon and I have not weighed myself the doctor said that the gas and the iv would make my weight a little higher so I will wait until my first pre-op on Friday. I can't wait to sleep on my stomach again.....
