HI, I know there is alot to do to prepare but it is all for a good reason. Try not to get annoyed, not healthy. Think of it as a jouney. After reading your information,I got to thinking that I should write a journal myself. I we;nt for the pre oip appointment today, a littloe tired tonight , just took a little longer than I thought it would. Just have to learn to be patient. Look forward to hear from you soon.

HI, I just went today for the pre op appoitment. All went well so my surgery is 8/7 ! Nutrionist sure through alot at the group today, sent me home with a notebook to read! Exciting and anxious but still nervous are you?

Hi! My surgery is scheduled for August 7....just a little nervous, anxious, lots of emotions. Not sure, and quite sure....all mixed up ! Having surgery in Ypsi MI Just want to see a size 12 again or smaller. At 55, there is still a chance ! Want to have fun again, so tired all the time how about you? What made you decide to do this?
