I'm still in hospital...drs said if I'm doing better tomorrow I can go home..pain is still not under control...:/

I've been in pain...hurts when I breath in...I did get out of my bed on my own but I haven't walked...I'm going to attempt to in alittle while (they want my pain undercontrol first)...the staff is very nice..I got a pretty pillow to jold my stomach with when I cough etc...can't eat or drink till my swallow study in morning...my mouth is SO dry...

Had my surgery this morning...took 3 hrs and stood in recovery for over 2 hrs...foundout I'm allergic to fentalyn...and there gonna give me dilaudiad( spelt wrong)...in a lot of pain on left size and my incisions are not small (6 of them).. Hope everyone that had surgeries today are doing good

Our date is creeping up...3 days! What are u doing to prepare for surgery these last few days? Have u packed hospital bag? My nerves are crazy I just hope everything turns out good and I come out the OR to my 3 kids and my hubby...

I'm also bringing my cell and charger to call my kids

My surgery is in 4 days I will be in hospital 2 days and I started packing alil...so far I have slippers.. chapstick..gas x strips.. backscratcher shampoo.. conditioner..body spray wipes..my contacts (I hate wearing my glasses)

My dr gave me liquid hydrocodone/acetaminophen for after surgery...

I was told they had to be chewables except the b12 which is either liquid or dissolves..(my surgery is aug 20)

I don't have to do a liquid diet or bowel prep just nothing to eat or drink after midnight..and 3 days of hibacleanse

Thanks..i went and asked my surgeon...she said it didnt look infected but if it worsens prior then i might need them...my bloodwork showed good #s so she highly doubts its infected

Had my preop appt with surgeon today....surgery in 13 days! Bloodwork was good...now my nerves are kicking in!

Hey everyone... I have a broken molar actually all 4 are bad my jaw isnt big enough for them so they came in wrong...but dentists here WONT work on me because my weight and my sleep apnea (i guess there scared to put me asleep)...i saw a dentist in june and she said it wasnt inf but its still hurting... Will my surgeon ok antibiotics as precautionary prior to surgery? My surgery is in 13 days Thanks
