hey judy...I just received my insurance approval from fidelis...its dated may 20th..so it took about 2 weeks after my surgery date was picked and submitted to them...just wanted to give you a time frame

I started orientation in july...all together it will be a year by surgery...the waiting sucked I had to keep stalking the surgery coordinator then called drs receptionist and then I got it...a lot of different hoops but it will be worth it

I still never got a date and insurance said nothing was submitted...coordinator sent surgeon my paperwork for a date then they goto insurance she said...I'm still hopeful its in june being they did give me my pre op class for june 5...any news on you?

Had psych eval Thursday...got the call from coordinator and now I just have to wait for surgery date and 1 more support group nervous and excited

Did anyone have a psych eval yet in Cooperstown? And know how long it takes for approval or denial???
