  1. I saw it at Walmart yesterday. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  2. I think it does. I love my red hair... No one but me has to know its from a bottle lol. I haven't noticed the Biotin increasing my hunger either. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  3. I got one before surgery and one before I went home. The needle is so small you can barely feel the shot. It does burn afterwards as the medicine spreads but that's the worst of it. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  4. I had my own room as well. They did wake me up a lot but I only stayed one night so I got plenty of sleep when I got home. My mom stayed with me overnight. The leg compression pumps didn't bother me at all. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  5. You can order sample packs from Unjury and others online. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  6. Yes I had one bad day during my pre op diet as doc said my liver was nice and small. Just pick yourself back up and try not to slip again! You can do this! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  7. Yes my NUT said to introduce one thing at a time and if it doesn't agree then stay away for a few weeks and try it again. The only things I've had bad experiences with so far are mashed potatoes- they sit too heavy and crystal light lemonades- they feel like they burn. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  8. I am planning to head to Vitamin Shoppe sometime this weekend. I might go later today- after my nap of course. I haven't been in one though there is one in town. Want to get a few new things to try. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  9. I had too much to lose to consider lap band. I have a relative that had the sleeve a couple years ago and she's not happy with her weight loss. I just figured if I was having WLS that I wanted the most proven and effective. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  10. Good luck! Enjoy the pain meds. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  11. Enjoy those drugs in the hospital while you can! Rest up and good luck! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  12. I have. The vanilla is what I tried. I quickly got tired of them. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  13. I was having trouble sleeping too. Called my surgeon and they recommended dissolvable melatonin- I got mine at Walgreens. It has helped me so much! I slept only 2 hours Sunday night but since then much better. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  14. I was like that the morning of surgery. My stomach was in knots. You will do fine though! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  15. I second this. I use the berry flavor one. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  16. I feel you on that! I've been using my heating pad a lot to ease the cramps. I'm hoping this stops soon.
  17. Be careful which Pamprin you are taking. Some of their products have NSAIDs and some don't.
  18. I'm so jealous! Mine was on the 30th and I can start soft foods friday. Still on pureed at the moment and can't wait for real food again!
  19. Mine was may 30th. I'm not worried it won't work necessarily. I just don't feel when I'm hungry or when I'm full. I have been just eating small amounts as I'm afraid of getting sick. I figured it was because the nerves haven't healed and I just didn't feel fullness. I hope the more solid foods trigger it though. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
