Cheated on pre op diet

I am on day 3 of my pre op diet. I just ate a few bites of steak. It's the only time I've eaten other than the protein shakes and raw veggies that are allowed. As long as I get back on track and don't do this again I should be ok right?

Yes I had one bad day during my pre op diet as doc said my liver was nice and small. Just pick yourself back up and try not to slip again! You can do this!

I cheated on my pre-op diet, as well. I felt like poop on grass but I picked myself back up and did not do it again. I did no harm to my body either as my surgeon was very happy with my pre-op weight loss and size of my liver.

Still, I do not encourage you to cheat.
