  1. I got my band yesterday 7 16 and i am feeling pretty good right now. I am uncomfortable from the carbon dioxide that they used to blow my stomack and i am a little sore but other than that i feel great. I will be returning to work on thursday (4 days post sugery) and i feel very confident that i will be ready. My surgery was covered 100 percent by my insurance with no preexisting conditions. I just started my job in january became eligiable for the insurance in may and had the surgery in july....HOW AWESOME I feel very very lucky. i am ready to begin my new life and become who i feel i am on the inside.
