well this was hard not physically but mentally im 4 month and 1 day out down 73 lbs i weight 333 alomst 90 til my goal .I was struggle getting protein but im doing much better now im struggling with exercise and energy bf surgery i could walk 3 miles in morning now i cant do a mile but im working on it i will reah my goal weight bf summerbut im happy so far i havent been sick or dumped some days im not hungry but im okeveryday is different for me

12 more days til surgery WOW its really coming up quick
