I started gaining weight after my second child and all went uphill since then. I have tried several diets and regained the weight x 2 :-( After a while I stop trying and there came all the other problem with my health. Me personally it was not a issue of wanting to be skinny but worried that I would not be here for my kids and family. So I decided to do a life change .....
