I made these mini chicken parm bites. I could only eat one, but the family loved them. It's good if you're craving pizza. All low fat and no carbs. I put fresh basil and fresh chives on top of mine.

Hi Everyone,
I can't believe it's been 7 months. I love losing weight! I too have slowed down, but I'm so happy about how far I've come! We still have 5 more months before our anniversary so I'm gonna make them count.
Just like some of u I crave bad stuff too, it sucks. More than anything I'm afraid of gaining the weight back so I have long talks with myself. this will be a life long struggle for me, but my doc says if I give in one day a week the other six must be perfect. I'm scared to start that.

Just wanted to check in with my March surgery family. I'm doing great....feeling healthy. I work out a lot, but I'm at an almost 2 month stall. I'm down to 158 and started at 228, so no complaints here. I'd like to get to 130 at some point. I hope everyone else is doing well and happy and healthy.

I haven't had a Protein Shake in at least 2 months. I stick with seafood and chicken. It seems to do the trick. hair fell out, but I bought new hair, so it is all good.

I'm embarrassed to say.. I can eat all my Protein but I'm lazy AND I love my shakes so I drink them for Breakfast and dinner. At the end of the day I'm at about 80+ grams of protein.

I'm still hanging about as well Montage. It's great that everyone seems to be progressing well. Here's my update also.

Current weight: 172
Goal weight: 128
Total lost: 56 lbs
Finally let myself buy shorts today....size 12. Yay!

Yesterday for lunch I had shrimp and cocktail sauce. Mmmm mmmm good! Plus it sat very well.
dinner was Wendy's small chili, about 3/4 of it. Los super yummy!

Whew! Finally out of the hospital after 2 weeks. That nagging left sided pain turned out to be a huge deal. Just happy to not be home though

Had a great evening--went to very lovely restaurant with friends to Celebrate a birthday. The menu was great--but I just didn't want to deal with ordering a big entree and boxing it up so I asked if I could just get two or three scallops. Yes! They do that. They called it an add on and I got a lovely plate of three scallops with a sauce I could use if needed. I ate one and a half and gave the others to my friend. It was great! And I felt like a normal person. Not bad for five weeks post surgery!

A little funny....
So one of my surgeons comes in my room and says "did anyone tell you the good news?", I respond and say "YES, I get to drink water!!", she looked at me like I was crazy and then said "ya that too, but more important you don't have a leak anymore!", to which I say "oh ya that too!! I think I am just more excited about drinking Water right now!"
Ok well it was funny to me because she looked at me like WTH is wrong with this girl!?! Lol!!
