is anybody afraid of turning anorexic im scared of food tonight was my first real meal and I have been cleared to have food for over a week now I have had nibbles of stuff but thats it tonight I had 1/4 if a cup of meat loaf

Well I'm 9 days out and 10 lbs down. Doing great with liquid intake not so great on the Vitamins. Just forgetting them is all. Ill get on track. I'm at an emergency appt wit my surgeon at the moment bc my major incision sprouted a leak last nite. ( I need to find the humor in it ) I didn't have a drain or anything after surgery so not sure what he will do now. Still waiting and leaking

Isn't it funny how we don't consider a 3 pound loss to be very much until we see a reminder. I go to the grocery store and hold three pounds of lunch mean or look at the hams and realize that was on my body and now it's gone, no small feat!!!

Finally home!!
Drinking my Protein Shake right now for my 3 oclock.
Had to stay an extra day. I couldn't keep anything down on Tuesday. Did good yesterday and today!

chewable baby aspirin
